Happy Days is the City of Ramseys annual hometown festival. There are family friendly events starting on 9/7/17 to 9/10/17 but the main festival and vendors is on 9/9/17 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a parade break from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Food vendors are open from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM but are allowed to open sooner.
