| Description: | From Hibbing Jubilee Website: Since 1993, features an arts and crafts festival in front of City Hall, sidewalk days, flea market, ice cream social, ballroom dancing, beach days and more. Takes place at various locations. Hibbings Jubilee Annual Parade takes place on First Avenue and is one of the largest in northern Minnesota each year. Big street dance 5pm-midnight. 3 stages of entertainment, 1st Avenue, 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue.
