| Description: | From 6th Annual Austin ArtWorks Festival Website: The Austin ArtWorks Festival is a free two-day event in Austin, Minnesota held annually each August. The festival was launched in 2012 as a celebration of visual, performing and literary artists, many with ties to Austin and the area.
The ArtWorks Festival is designed to offer our community as well as those who visit from across the country a broad selection of experiences in the arts--visual, performing, literary, and more--in one celebratory weekend. We also strive to make our festival interactive by including family activities and demonstrations (e.g. glassblowing, wheel throwing, & metalwork).
