Event/Application Rules and Regulations
1. Tables are available on a first come first serve basis. They will be in rows to create a good traffic flow. A table will be assigned to you. I’ll accommodate as many requests as possible.
2. Tables around the perimeter of the room will have access to electricity. You will need to provide your own extension cord. Cords will not be allowed to run to the interior of the room creating a tripping hazard. You should request a perimeter table if you need/want electricity.
3. Wireless Internet password will be given late Friday or early Saturday morning. No sharing of the password other than at your booth is allowed. (All your employees at your booth may use it for one fee.)
4. Your “table” set-up will be an 8 foot table and two chairs in a space approximately 10 feet by 10 feet.
5. Payment in full with signed contract must be received for booth to be reserved.
6. Please provide “skirting” for your table and utilize this area to store items you need that day but can be kept out of sight.
7. No refunds will be given.
8. No alcohol is allowed on the premises for any part of this event.
9. Access to set up is 10 am to 4 pm on Friday, December 11, 2009 and 8-9 am on Saturday, December 12, 2009.
10. You will keep your booth reasonably clean during the event and clean up after the event.
11. All items must be removed by 7 pm Saturday, December 12, 2009.
12. Tables will be labeled prior to set-up. Please be sure you’re in the correct spot.
